Please only launch a remote session if directed to by a Black Owl technician. In order to get us connected, please select your operating system below. Please launch the session from the computer that you want support with.

  1. Once you have selected your operating system above, a small program should be downloaded to your computer. This should take less than 30 seconds.
  2. Launch the downloaded program. It may be in your Downloads folder.
  3. Please provide the 9-digit code to us, so that we can connect in.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.

This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
